The Florrie Shop - Returns Policy
Faulty or Incorrect Items
At The Florrie Shop, we strive to ensure our products meet the highest standards. If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not serve its intended purpose, you are entitled to a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

You knew an item was faulty at the time of purchase.

The item has been damaged due to attempts at repair by yourself or others.

You simply no longer want the item (e.g., wrong size or color) unless purchased without physically seeing it.
Please note: All clothing from The Florrie Shop is printed and made to order. Therefore, returns for reasons such as wrong size or color will not be accepted, as the items are custom-made for each order.
Online Orders & Cancellations (Distance Selling)
For online purchases, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Once you inform us of your decision, you have another 14 days to return the goods. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. No reason is required for cancellation.
Repairs and Replacements
If a fault is discovered after receiving and accepting the item, you may request a repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you may reject the item for a refund. If more than 6 months have passed, you may need to provide proof that the fault existed at the time of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Please ensure you provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, bank statement, or packaging, when requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
Return Requests
Only the original buyer can request returns or refunds.
